Debate is the art of convincing, the class may cover a range of topics related to debate, such as argumentation theory, logical fallacies, research techniques, and public speaking. At UKBA, we will study the parliamentary debate system, namely the British Parliamentary Debate, the UKBA debate division has 2 specializations, namely English debate and Indonesian language debate to seek NUDC (National University Debating Championship) & KDMI (Kompetisi Debat Mahasiswa Indonesia) delegates.

Speech
Speech

Speech class is a class that learns about speech techniques both formally and informally. The speech class held 16 meetings over two semesters. The first eight meetings discussed speech theories and the final eight meetings held speech practice. It is hoped that this speech class will be able to enable participants to make speeches in public both formally. and informally.

Writing
Writing

Designed to help students improve their writing skills, whether for academic or creative purposes. Such courses can be offered at various levels, from beginner to advanced, and can be tailored to suit different writing styles, genres, and formats. In general, this course will cover topics such as grammar, syntax, style, and structure, as well as specific techniques for effective writing, such as outlining, drafting, editing, and proofreading.

Storytelling
Storytelling

Designed to help individuals learn how to tell engaging, compelling, and effective stories. The class may cover a range of topics related to storytelling, such as the basic elements of storytelling, character development, plot structure, dialogue, and point of view. The member may be taught various techniques and strategies for crafting engaging and memorable stories, such as creating tension, using sensory details to immerse the audience in the story, and using metaphor and symbolism to convey deeper meaning.

Toastmaster
Toastmaster

In this Toastmaster class, we will learn how to be a good public speaker. We believe and want to prove that everyone must have public speaking skills. This includes: How to speak, how to communicate, how to be an MC or Moderator (Indonesian and English), and all things related to public speaking. This class requires members to be able to speak and think in English, so that their skills improve and can be used in everyday life.

Arabic
Arabic

In this Arabic class, you will learn the basic level of language needed in everyday life, sentence division, and how to construct simple sentences. Participants in an Arabic class may be taught the Arabic alphabet, pronunciation, and basic grammar rules. They may also learn vocabulary and conversational phrases that are commonly used in daily communication. As they progress, they may be introduced to more complex grammar concepts, including verb conjugation, noun declension, and sentence structure. After attending this class, it is expected to be able to have simple Arabic conversations and be able to apply them in everyday life.

Japanese
Japanese

Learning basic Japanese as a provision for understanding Japanese sociology, especially Japanese society, customs, and culture, either orally or in writing. Armed with Japanese language special skills are able to communicate Japanese at a basic level. In addition, it is expected to: (1) read and write hiragana and katakana characters properly and correctly; (2) read Japanese vocabulary, sentences, and readings; (3) know Japanese society, life, customs, and culture well.
